Heaps of Fun is a proud and locally run independent party and events business based in the heart of Kirkby Stephen, Cumbria.

The shop hosts a wide range of exciting products which will help make any event, no matter what size, memorable and special.

With an amazing range of speciality helium balloons, party bags, invitations, gift wrap, decorations and just about whatever you need to make you celebration unforgettable.

As well as a wide selection of party accessories constantly available within the shop, we also undertake specially tailored commissions ensuring whatever your event, it will be truly unique.

My name is Becky Heap and I am the owner of Heaps of Fun. For a long time it had been my dream to open a shop that specialises in selling balloons, party supplies and all other related merchandise. So in 2010 I set about making this dream a reality.

I now run a small independent shop in my hometown Kirkby Stephen, I’ve lived in the area my whole life so this is where I wanted my business to start.

I try to make sure I have everything that is needed for a variety of social gatherings, children’s party and all fun things for all the different seasonal celebrations.

I aim to make the shop fun and while my shop may be small, I try to ensure all my customers are completely satisfied with the service I provide, if I don’t already have what you want, I will try and find it for you, all for an affordable price.

As well as being a place you can buy all your party needs, another part of my business is the offer of decorating your chosen venue for you! So you can choose everything you want and I will deliver it for you and set everything up. All you need to do is turn up and enjoy the occassion.

It already hosts a range of products, from hellium and latex balloons, a range of party bags and invitations to other party essentials such as party poppers, table decorations and celebration banners, not to mention unique gifts such as ‘Nappy Cakes’ – the perfect present!
